The Fairfax Parks & Recreation Department works to bring a variety of fitness and wellness opportunities to the Fairfax community.

These programs are open to anyone.

March 2020 Schedule

Mondays

7PM Tabatas with Gail (at BFA Fairfax) – $8 per class, or included with membership

Tuesdays

5:30PM Yoga with Kat (at Fairfax Town Offices) – $12 per class, or pre-pay to save, NOT included with membership

6PM Kickboxing with Danielle (at BFA Fairfax) – $8 per class, or included with membership

Wednesdays

5:30PM Strength & Stretch with Danielle (at BFA Fairfax) – $8 per class, or included with membership

6:30PM X-Fit with Gail (at BFA Fairfax) – $8 per class, or included with membership

Saturdays

8AM HIIT with Danielle / Gail (at BFA Fairfax) – $8 per class, or included with membership

POP-UP CLASSES at the Fairfax Community Center

$8 per pop-up OR included with membership

March 5th, 3:30PM – R.I.P.P.E.D. with Gail
Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet

March 8th, 3PM – Pilates++ with Danielle

March 12th, 3:30PM – Body Shred with Gail
With kettlebells! Strength, Cardio, and Core. You can also use 1 dumbbell.

March 26th, 3:30PM – R.I.P.P.E.D. with Gail

March 27th, 6PM – Pilates++ with Danielle

March 29th, 11AM – Core & More with Danielle
