Join us on September 21st at the Fairfax Community Center for a fun day of community events! Both the Fairfax Parks and Recreation Department and our partner volunteer-run organization, Friends of the Fairfax Community Center have been working hard to finalize our vision for this project and it’s finally time to show you what we’re all about!
Instead of a slow informational meeting, we’re hosting a ton of free community events at the site of the Community Center Project (1210 Main Street) to show you what a day of having an operational community center might look like!
We’ll additionally have information on hand about the project, about how much it will cost, how far we’ve already come, and how you and your family can help make it a reality
