We are pleased to announce a new type of class to our fitness programming starting on Thursday, April 7th. At 7:00pm, meet with Lisa Duroucher at BFA Fairfax for a strength training workout using weights and high reps to burn fat and target every major muscle group. While there is no running or jumping, the fast paced class will still ensure you get your cardio in as well! This class is designed for all fitness levels. Don’t have your own weights? No problem!
